The Reserve range is a selection of the best wines produced for every vintage. Wild fermented Swartland Chenin Blanc is aged in large, older French oak Foudres, to preserve the purity of Swartland fruit while showcasing the layered complexity and fine structure of low-yield, older bush-vine Chenin Blanc vineyards.
Reserve Chenin Blanc 2025
The 2025 vintage blend consists of 100% Swartland Chenin Blanc, that showcases the richness, depth, complexity and length from low-yield, old-vine Chenin Blanc from the Swartland region.
We found that the traditional methods of whole bunch pressing and natural fermentation in big vats express the terroir of our vineyards best.
